Spectators: 6260 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1250, VIP seats: 10) Pavel Ciuvică started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Eugen Țepelea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dorin Teişanu having to interfere. 7 minutes into the match, Constantin Paraschiv notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Black Sea FC's Dorin Teişanu. Dorin Teişanu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Constantin Paraschiv fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dorin Teişanu having to interfere. Ernest Ciordaș hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. In the 14th minute Octav Cozac shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dorin Teişanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eugen Țepelea kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Octavian Davidescu came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Black Sea FC's Valentin Ştefoi. But to his dismay, Valentin Ştefoi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Dorin Teişanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Constantin Paraschiv in the 24th minute of the match. 35 minutes into the game, Constantin Paraschiv cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Dorin Teişanu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 38th minute, Toader Aanicăi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Black Sea FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mag were winning 1-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Constantin Paraschiv to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Mag's Eugen Țepelea got a free kick in the 56th minute. Pavel Ciuvică fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Octavian Davidescu having to interfere. After 63 played minutes Mag got a freekick which was hit by Nicu Ţiţeica. Black Sea FC's Dorin Teişanu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Black Sea FC from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Valentin Ştefoi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Octavian Davidescu was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. In the 74th minute, Black Sea FC's Basarab Şerb seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Basarab Şerb the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Black Sea FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Basarab Şerb had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 73 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Black Sea FC! Constantin Paraschiv's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dorin Teişanu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. Dorin Teişanu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Constantin Paraschiv showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 79 minute of play. If Octav Cozac had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Constantin Paraschiv struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Dorin Teişanu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mag. After having played for 95 minutes, Valentin Ştefoi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Black Sea FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valentin Ştefoi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eugen Țepelea charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eugen Țepelea the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Black Sea FC booed when Mag was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugen Țepelea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Octavian Davidescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valentin Ştefoi in the 97th minute of the match. When the match was over Mag could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Black Sea FC throughout the match.
