Mineu's supporters rose to their feet, but Eugen Chifan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Florin Cărtărescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Teodor Huștea received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Emanuel Hrebenciuc came out and tried to block the shot, but Teodor Huștea slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 25th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lázaro Odon in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Florin Cărtărescu saved Ursicse from getting behind. Florin Cărtărescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aurel Geambașu in the 32nd minute of play. With a little luck, Mineu's Emanuel Hrebenciuc got control of the ball when Iacob Florei tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Mineu's Felix Corocăescu got a free kick in the 34th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aurel Geambașu in the 37th minute of play forced Ursicse's goalkeeper Florin Cărtărescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th match minute, Ursicse was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francisc Suşu to maneuver through the defense. 41 minutes into the game, Teodor Huștea recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Emanuel Hrebenciuc. Teodor Huștea showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. After a rather tough play, Mineu's Lázaro Odon got a free kick in the 44th minute. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Teodor Huștea to strike the kick off in the second half. If Eugen Chifan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 50th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Florin Cărtărescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iustinian Aldulea in the 55th minute of the match. 56 minutes into the match, Ursicse's goalkeeper Florin Cărtărescu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iustinian Aldulea. 57 minutes into the match, Aurel Geambașu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Florin Cărtărescu. Ursicse's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aurel Geambașu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aurel Geambașu got free with Florin Cărtărescu in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Mineu's Lázaro Odon in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ursicse's goalie prevented a goal. One of Ursicse:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Mineu:s goal. The referee gave Mineu a penalty, 68 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Eugen Chifan, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Ursicse's Florin Cărtărescu. 2-2. Florin Cărtărescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lázaro Odon, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. 72 minutes into the match, Ursicse's goal looked a bit too open when Iustinian Aldulea came free, but Florin Cărtărescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emanuel Hrebenciuc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aurel Chivulescu in the 79th minute of play. In the 81st minute Iustinian Aldulea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florin Cărtărescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aurel Chivulescu charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aurel Chivulescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Aurel Chivulescu kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. If Aurel Geambașu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eugen Chifan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Florin Cărtărescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augustin Bărbătescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 90th minute Aurel Chivulescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuel Hrebenciuc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emanuel Hrebenciuc came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Ursicse's Aurel Chivulescu. But to his dismay, Aurel Chivulescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Ursicse were victorious despite being under pressure from Mineu for much of the match.
