Alin Fc's Costică Porumbescu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Alin Fc from getting a goal against them. Sarica FCM's Marius Lăzăroiu got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mihnea Turcu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tudor Astafiei in the 18th minute of play. In the 21stth minute of the game Cătălin Milea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Alin Fc's Costică Porumbescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Sarica FCM getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Valeriu Sava hit a great ball. Alin Fc were furious when Ovidiu Bărcăuan was red carded, 26 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 33rd minute, Alin Fc's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Marius Lăzăroiu fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. With a little luck, Alin Fc's Costică Porumbescu got control of the ball when Valeriu Sava tried to sneak it across the goal line. Costică Porumbescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cătălin Milea, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Paul Grama to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marius Lăzăroiu in the 52nd minute of play forced Alin Fc's goalkeeper Costică Porumbescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 53 minutes of play, Sarica FCM's Costin Ionașcu made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Costică Porumbescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Cătălin Milea in the 57th minute of play forced Alin Fc's goalkeeper Costică Porumbescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Alin Fc booed when Sarica FCM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valeriu Sava didn't get a good kick on the ball. 61 minutes into the match, Costin Ionașcu notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Alin Fc's Costică Porumbescu. Costică Porumbescu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Sarica FCM's Marius Lăzăroiu in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Costică Porumbescu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marius Lăzăroiu went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. 79 minutes into the match, Cătălin Milea had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Costică Porumbescu. Alin Fc's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cătălin Milea was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marius Lăzăroiu in the 82nd minute of play forced Alin Fc's goalkeeper Costică Porumbescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Iordache Iorda kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Costică Porumbescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marius Lăzăroiu in the 90th minute of play. Costică Porumbescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cătălin Milea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sarica FCM were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Alin Fc for a fine match.
