Irinel Malcoci made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leontin Pârcălab in the 6th minute of play. Irinel Malcoci stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leontin Pârcălab's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. A collision led to Corsarii Tycalosi getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Ciprian Goga hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Corsarii Tycalosi's Ciprian Goga got a free kick in the 11th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Tudor Feroiu could shoot a difficult shot in the 15th minute, which Irinel Malcoci however easily saved by the left post. Tudor Feroiu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Irinel Malcoci tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tudor Feroiu struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Irinel Malcoci didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pivniceni. If Leontin Pârcălab had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Leontin Pârcălab's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Irinel Malcoci was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. Nicolae Chirnoagă made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stelian Pivniceru in the 29th minute of play. In the 33rdth minute of the game Leontin Pârcălab who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Corsarii Tycalosi's Irinel Malcoci was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A hard shot 34 in the game by Tudor Feroiu from a close distance when the talented Irinel Malcoci managed to make a qualified save. Corsarii Tycalosi's players were relieved. Leontin Pârcălab fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Irinel Malcoci having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Corsarii Tycalosi's zone, Tudor Feroiu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Irinel Malcoci came out of the goal and Tudor Feroiu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Stelian Pivniceru made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Stelian Pivniceru got free with Nicolae Chirnoagă in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Corsarii Tycalosi's Irinel Malcoci played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leontin Pârcălab in the 55th minute of play. In the 58th match minute, Corsarii Tycalosi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliodor Dindelegan to maneuver through the defense. Costică Oproiu was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 59th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. When Eliodor Dindelegan was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 60 minutes had been played. Irinel Malcoci showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tudor Feroiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Augustin Iorgu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolae Chirnoagă having to interfere. 66 minutes into the match, Tudor Feroiu notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Corsarii Tycalosi's Irinel Malcoci. Irinel Malcoci was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 74 minutes into the match, Pivniceni's goalkeeper Nicolae Chirnoagă had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Augustin Iorgu. Irinel Malcoci made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leontin Pârcălab in the 80th minute of play. Tudor Feroiu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Irinel Malcoci tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leontin Pârcălab scored 3-0 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Irinel Malcoci, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leontin Pârcălab in the 88th minute of play forced Corsarii Tycalosi's goalkeeper Irinel Malcoci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pivniceni's Tudor Feroiu got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Leontin Pârcălab came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Pivniceni fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leontin Pârcălab couldn't finish the play. Tudor Feroiu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Irinel Malcoci having to interfere. Pivniceni walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
