Laurențiu Mardarie was out of position in the 6 minute of play, and Dacian Caciulescu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dacian Caciulescu really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Dacian Ciobanu struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Laurențiu Mardarie didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Biscan. The supporters of Biscan booed when NightOwls was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Corneliu Boieru didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 22 minutes, Dacian Caciulescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Biscan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dacian Caciulescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dacian Ciobanu received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Laurențiu Mardarie came out and tried to block the shot, but Dacian Ciobanu slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 23rd minute. 26 minutes into the match, NightOwls's goalkeeper Laurențiu Mardarie had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dacian Ciobanu. When Dacian Caciulescu came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Biscan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dacian Caciulescu couldn't finish the play. Dacian Caciulescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Petruț Botescu tried in the game's 45th match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Laurențiu Mardarie. An annoying self made goal, 4-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.
