Spectators: 6550 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 50) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Stelian Hobjilă took the kick off in the first half of the match. FC AAS Bucuresti's Sorin Coman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stelian Hobjilă in the 6th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, The Unity BvB 09's goal looked a bit too open when Marcu Brumaru came free, but Marcel Ciomag reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 11 played minutes The Unity BvB 09 got a freekick which was hit by Cornel Caranică. 23 minutes into the match, FC AAS Bucuresti's Marcu Brumaru sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcel Ciomag narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Gigel Zberea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcu Brumaru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Marcel Ciomag tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcel Ciomag stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gigel Zberea's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Marcel Ciomag took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcu Brumaru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Stelian Hobjilă had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mihăiţă Aldulescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 40th minute, Albert Ghizdeanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Marcu Brumaru made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Cornel Caranică managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Unity BvB 09's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cornel Caranică was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Flavius Neculuță shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Sorin Coman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stelian Hobjilă, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sorin Coman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stelian Hobjilă, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mihăiţă Aldulescu in the 62nd minute of play forced FC AAS Bucuresti's goalkeeper Sorin Coman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Marcu Brumaru came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the FC AAS Bucuresti fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcu Brumaru couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ovidiu Ticulescu during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 79 minutes into the game, Gigel Zberea cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Marcel Ciomag was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in The Unity BvB 09's zone, Marcu Brumaru stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcel Ciomag came out of the goal and Marcu Brumaru tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gigel Zberea could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Marcel Ciomag made a huge save. 87 minutes into the game, Mihăiţă Aldulescu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Sorin Coman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sever Buznea hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Sorin Coman came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by The Unity BvB 09's Mihăiţă Aldulescu. But to his dismay, Mihăiţă Aldulescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. In the 100th minute Marcu Brumaru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcel Ciomag saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
