David Cănănău showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Dinu Murgan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ionuț Ispir in the 19th minute of the match. In the 20th match minute, Trepadusii - BTF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augustin Cămătaru to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Laza booed when Trepadusii - BTF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Tănase didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd minute of the match Ion Ghișerel shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Toader Dică showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of Laza booed when Trepadusii - BTF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iulian Albulescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. David Cănănău sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Laza's Daniel Bala got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Șerban Voica sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Șerban Voica to strike the kick off in the second half. Dinu Murgan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Cănănău, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 58 minutes, Toader Dică successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. A collision led to Trepadusii - BTF getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Augustin Cămătaru hit a great ball. Daniel Bala fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toader Dică having to interfere. In the 71st minute Șerban Voica shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toader Dică saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Trepadusii - BTF's Toader Dică proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Trepadusii - BTF from getting a goal against them. After having played for 76 minutes, Ionuț Ispir managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Trepadusii - BTF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ionuț Ispir was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 78 minutes into the match, Laza's goal looked a bit too open when David Cănănău came free, but Dinu Murgan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Daniel Bala fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Laza's protests and gave Daniel Bala a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Laza getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Daniel Bala hit a great ball. Ionuț Ispir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dinu Murgan having to interfere. Dinu Murgan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ionuț Ispir, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Ionuț Ispir came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Trepadusii - BTF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ionuț Ispir couldn't finish the play. In the 94th minute Șerban Voica shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toader Dică saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 95 minutes into the match, Laza's goal looked a bit too open when Ionuț Ispir came free, but Dinu Murgan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Trepadusii - BTF fully deserved thier win.
