Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ivan Mâinea took the kick off in the first half of the match. Florin Comarnescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Fabian Zamfira made a huge save. Nichifor Albescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Fabian Zamfira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 9 minutes, Nichifor Albescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Argeș FCV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nichifor Albescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fabian Zamfira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nichifor Albescu's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. If Ernest Burdujan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Florin Comarnescu struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Fabian Zamfira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Argeș FCV. Florin Comarnescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Fabian Zamfira made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nichifor Albescu in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fabian Zamfira saved No Name Team Baia Mare from getting behind. Fabian Zamfira made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Cazimir Cosariu sent off a good shot on target. 20 minutes into the match, Argeș FCV's Florin Comarnescu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fabian Zamfira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Martin Itu during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to No Name Team Baia Mare getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Martin Itu hit a great ball. In the 22nd minute of the match, Florin Comarnescu got a very nice opportunity to score, but Fabian Zamfira was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. With a little luck, No Name Team Baia Mare's Fabian Zamfira got control of the ball when Florin Comarnescu tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in No Name Team Baia Mare's zone, Florin Comarnescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabian Zamfira came out of the goal and Florin Comarnescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nichifor Albescu to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Argeș FCV's Florin Comarnescu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fabian Zamfira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Nae Sandu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 66th minute, Nichifor Albescu made a precise shot to the right of Fabian Zamfira. No Name Team Baia Mare's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. 69 minutes into the match, Nichifor Albescu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fabian Zamfira. No Name Team Baia Mare's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nichifor Albescu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Nichifor Albescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Fabian Zamfira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Codruț Nicoliță had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nae Sandu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No Name Team Baia Mare's Ivan Mâinea got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Argeș FCV's Cazimir Cosariu got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Codruț Nicoliță had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Florin Comarnescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Zamfira having to interfere. Argeș FCV walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
