Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) An unexpectedly hard shot by Constantin Crainic in the 7th minute of play forced FC MARIO's goalkeeper Viorel Pașcalău to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ferdinand Ailioaiei could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Viorel Pașcalău made a huge save. Edgar Papaiani kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Ferdinand Ailioaiei managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ciureni UFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ferdinand Ailioaiei was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Viorel Pașcalău breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match clock showed 23 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Ferdinand Ailioaiei sped through FC MARIO's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Viorel Pașcalău. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Ferdinand Ailioaiei put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Viorel Pașcalău. If Ferdinand Ailioaiei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Constantin Crainic recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Viorel Pașcalău stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ferdinand Ailioaiei's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ferdinand Ailioaiei in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Viorel Pașcalău saved FC MARIO from getting behind. After having played for 38 minutes, Gigi Creteanu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ciureni UFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gigi Creteanu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ferdinand Ailioaiei struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Viorel Pașcalău didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ciureni UFC. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Liviu Gâdea stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Ferdinand Ailioaiei got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Liviu Gâdea in the 56th minute of play forced Ciureni UFC's goalkeeper Marian Covaci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Viorel Pașcalău stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ferdinand Ailioaiei's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Petrică Gologan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ciureni UFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Petrică Gologan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Viorel Pașcalău breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 62nd minute, Ferdinand Ailioaiei left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ciureni UFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Ciureni UFC's Eliodor Goma was substituted for Eusebiu Ghelmegean. In the 70thth minute of the game Ferdinand Ailioaiei who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC MARIO's Viorel Pașcalău was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 77 minutes, Eliodor Goma made it 7-0 with a short kick to the right side. FC MARIO's Viorel Pașcalău tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Iurie Cumpanașu kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Viorel Pașcalău made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliodor Goma in the 86th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Ferdinand Ailioaiei's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Viorel Pașcalău was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. In the 89th minute, Eliodor Goma got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. FC MARIO's Viorel Pașcalău played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferdinand Ailioaiei in the 90th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Ciureni UFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
