Mihail Tărău recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 15th minute, Sorin Lipoveanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Silviu Racoviță showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Liviu Dumitrana, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. 19 minutes into the game, The Squad's Liviu Dumitrana nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Silviu Racoviță made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Silviu Racoviță showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Liviu Dumitrana in the 28th minute of the match. Silviu Racoviță made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihail Tărău in the 30th minute of play. In the 32nd minute of the match, Irinel Enișteanu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Marius Spineanu saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Eric Costin kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. In the 34th minute, Irinel Enișteanu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mihail Tărău sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Liviu Dumitrana kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Silviu Racoviță. That made the score 1-4 in the 67 minute of play. 69 minutes into the game, Silviu Dulfu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The Squad's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Coveiul the free kick. Silviu Dulfu hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. After 72 minutes, Vasile Ogică mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the The Squad and the Coveiul players grew even worse after the yellow card. 73 minutes into the game, Irinel Enișteanu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Coveiul's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave The Squad the free kick. After a rather tough play, Coveiul's Irinel Enișteanu got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Valer Mircescu charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
