Spectators: 7645 (Terracing: 5735, Seating: 1758, VIP seats: 152) Troaca's Costel Uncu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Costel Uncu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 2nd minute of the match, but Adam Ostoici made a huge save. Pogonestii CS's Leonard Bucuță got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Leonard Dragu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Doru Arvinte in the 6th minute of play. In the 7th minute, Troaca's Costel Uncu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 9th minute, Panait Țepeluș hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 11 minutes into the match, Troaca's goal looked a bit too open when Leonard Bucuță came free, but Leonard Dragu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Felix Ioneasa kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Adam Ostoici made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felix Ioneasa in the 16th minute. Iustin Coidum took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adam Ostoici. Adam Ostoici dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 22nd match minute, Pogonestii CS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristinel Hârțan to maneuver through the defense. If Iustin Coidum had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adam Ostoici was a little too slow when Felix Ioneasa got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 33rd minute. The score was now 3-0. Pogonestii CS's Adam Ostoici proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Pogonestii CS from getting a goal against them. After 41 played minutes Troaca got a freekick which was hit by Ovidiu Codru. After a rather tough play, Pogonestii CS's Panait Țepeluș got a free kick in the 45th minute. 47 minutes into the game, Rareș Cosor threw the ball into play from the sideline. Pogonestii CS's Sever Buzoianu quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The wind increased when Leonard Bucuță made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Pogonestii CS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudiu Frânculescu to maneuver through the defense. In the 52nd minute of the match Iustin Coidum sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Adam Ostoici skillfully saved the ball. 59 minutes into the match, Pogonestii CS's goal looked a bit too open when Costel Uncu came free, but Adam Ostoici reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonard Dragu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doru Arvinte in the 60th minute of the match. Iustin Coidum fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adam Ostoici having to interfere. Adam Ostoici showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Costel Uncu, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 65th match minute, Pogonestii CS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robert Lechințan to maneuver through the defense. 72 minutes into the match, Troaca's goalkeeper Leonard Dragu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Doru Arvinte. In the 73rd minute Pogonestii CS were awarded a corner. Doru Arvinte went to the cornerflag to take it. Pogonestii CS's Doru Arvinte was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Leonard Dragu in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 75th minute, Pogonestii CS's Doru Arvinte dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-2. Doru Arvinte recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 80th match minute, Troaca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bogdan Pumnu to maneuver through the defense. When Claudiu Frânculescu fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pogonestii CS's protests and gave Claudiu Frânculescu a yellow card for diving instead. Doru Arvinte succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 4-3 in the 95th playminute. Troaca walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
