Costică Mârza was out of position in the 7 minute of play, and Tiberiu Vulcan capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tiberiu Vulcan really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. With a little luck, CSU LOVE's Costică Mârza got control of the ball when Eliodor Oniga tried to sneak it across the goal line. 17 minutes into the match, Ciprian Goiciu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Octavian Berceanu. FC Folklorika's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ciprian Goiciu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in CSU LOVE's zone, Tiberiu Vulcan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Costică Mârza came out of the goal and Tiberiu Vulcan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, CSU LOVE's Toader Ene got a free kick in the 27th minute. When Eugen Voinescu fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CSU LOVE's protests and gave Eugen Voinescu a yellow card for diving instead. Eugen Voinescu hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Adam Surdilă fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Octavian Berceanu having to interfere. In the 41st minute Ciprian Goiciu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octavian Berceanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The wind increased when Tiberiu Vulcan made the kick off in the second half. Eliodor Oniga's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Costică Mârza read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiberiu Vulcan in the 53rd minute of play forced CSU LOVE's goalkeeper Costică Mârza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in FC Folklorika's zone, Ciprian Goiciu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Octavian Berceanu came out of the goal and Ciprian Goiciu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Octavian Berceanu made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Ciprian Goiciu sent off a good shot on target. CSU LOVE's Costică Mârza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiberiu Vulcan in the 60th minute of play. When Eliodor Oniga came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the FC Folklorika fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eliodor Oniga couldn't finish the play. If Tiberiu Vulcan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 69 minutes into the match, Eliodor Oniga had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Costică Mârza. If Ciprian Goiciu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The crowd rose to their feet as CSU LOVE's Ciprian Goiciu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Octavian Berceanu. That made the score 2-2 after 74 minutes of play. Tiberiu Vulcan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Costică Mârza having to interfere. With a little luck, FC Folklorika's Octavian Berceanu got control of the ball when Ciprian Goiciu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Costică Mârza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiberiu Vulcan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 90 minutes into the match, CSU LOVE's goal looked a bit too open when Tiberiu Vulcan came free, but Costică Mârza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eliodor Oniga struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Costică Mârza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Folklorika. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
