The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Iustin Junilă was the one to do the kick off. Pogonestii CS's Adam Ostoici played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horia Hapaina in the 54th minute of play. 55 minutes into the match, Leonard Bucuță had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Denis Nicopol. ProStatic's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leonard Bucuță was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. The referee showed Costică Isopescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, ProStatic's Costică Isopescu got a free kick in the 59th minute. Leonard Bucuță fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Denis Nicopol having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Leonard Bucuță's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Denis Nicopol was relentless in the 77th minute of the game.
