Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Ciprian Petriceanu started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Gabriel Pâslaru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciprian Petriceanu in the 4th minute of play. The supporters of Axi Barbershop booed when CSU LOVE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leontin Dănănae didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th minute of the match, Felix Fărcășan tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Costică Mârza saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Costică Mârza made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Mihăiţă Mîțu sent off a good shot on target. In the 22nd match minute, Axi Barbershop was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ionică Suciu to maneuver through the defense. Felix Fărcășan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Costică Mârza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Axi Barbershop getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Mugur Mâinea hit a great ball. After 32 minutes of play, CSU LOVE's Ciprian Petriceanu made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gabriel Pâslaru was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 34th minute, Mădălin Moldovan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice moves Mihăiţă Mîțu could shoot a difficult shot in the 36th minute, which Costică Mârza however easily saved by the left post. If Costel Cinteză had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in CSU LOVE's zone, Felix Fărcășan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Costică Mârza came out of the goal and Felix Fărcășan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Fărcășan in the 42nd minute of play forced CSU LOVE's goalkeeper Costică Mârza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Costel Cinteză hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Ciprian Goiciu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Pâslaru having to interfere. After the first half CSU LOVE were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Costică Mârza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nistor Peter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 53 minutes, Ciprian Goiciu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CSU LOVE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ciprian Goiciu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mihăiţă Mîțu in the 56th minute of play forced CSU LOVE's goalkeeper Costică Mârza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 60th match minute, Axi Barbershop was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mădălin Moldovan to maneuver through the defense. Gabriel Pâslaru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciprian Goiciu in the 65th minute of play. Mihăiţă Mîțu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Axi Barbershop's Mihăiţă Mîțu got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 72 minutes into the match, CSU LOVE's goal looked a bit too open when Mihăiţă Mîțu came free, but Costică Mârza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Costică Mârza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihăiţă Mîțu in the 75th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by David Druga during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. David Druga kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Costică Mârza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mădălin Moldovan in the 81st minute of play. 84 minutes into the match, Adrian Zdrenghea had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Costică Mârza. CSU LOVE's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adrian Zdrenghea was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. If Felix Fărcășan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
