Victor Huțupan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aron Bobailă in the 28th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, Aron Bobailă notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Romanian Patriots's Victor Huțupan. Victor Huțupan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Victor Huțupan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iurie Ivan in the 38th minute of the match. Romanian Patriots's Victor Huțupan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iurie Ivan in the 40th minute of play. If Aron Bobailă had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Aron Bobailă managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Buzescu Alexandria's supporters rose to their feet, but Aron Bobailă was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Victor Huțupan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iurie Ivan in the 62nd minute of play forced Romanian Patriots's goalkeeper Victor Huțupan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Romanian Patriots's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Iurie Ivan 68 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-2. Victor Huțupan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iurie Ivan, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Iurie Ivan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Buzescu Alexandria's Iurie Ivan got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 84th minute, Olimpiu Vasiloiu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Victor Huțupan acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 85th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Laurențiu Moscu. 87 minutes into the match, FC Buzescu Alexandria's Aron Bobailă sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Victor Huțupan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Aron Bobailă fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victor Huțupan having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Iurie Ivan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Victor Huțupan was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. Victor Huțupan was out of position in the 97 minute of play, and Victor Ciuvică capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Victor Ciuvică really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. FC Buzescu Alexandria's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
