Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Lucian Negreanu took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Aron Elefterescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Leonard Cruceru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aron Elefterescu in the 5th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Nicodim Gherghescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ilia CS's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicodim Gherghescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonard Cruceru breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 8 minutes into the match, Aly-G Team C-ta's goal looked a bit too open when Aron Elefterescu came free, but Leonard Cruceru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edgar Răchită who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 19thth minute tested the skills of Leonard Cruceru when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Aron Elefterescu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leonard Cruceru having to make a save. 28 minutes into the match, Ilia CS's goal looked a bit too open when Nichifor Filimon came free, but Martin Cozorici reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ilia CS's Martin Cozorici played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucian Negreanu in the 31st minute of play. Aron Elefterescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 37th minute, Aron Elefterescu fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Edgar Răchită received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Leonard Cruceru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 46th minute, Iordache Marchidan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 47th minute Aron Elefterescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonard Cruceru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Aly-G Team C-ta's Leonard Cruceru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aron Elefterescu in the 58th minute of play. In the 70th minute, Edgar Răchită left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ilia CS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 80 minutes into the game, Ilia CS's Edgar Răchită nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leonard Cruceru made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. In the 85th minute Aron Elefterescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonard Cruceru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aron Elefterescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Ilia CS booed when Aly-G Team C-ta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisc Danciu didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Aly-G Team C-ta getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Iordache Marchidan hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aron Elefterescu in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leonard Cruceru prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the referee ended the match the Ilia CS players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
