The supporters of Sangeroasa booed when Callatis Mangalia FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ferdinand Calomfirescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sebastian Arnăuțoiu was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Felix Miulescu. Marcel Stănciulaş stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Petru Ştefănescu's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. In the 23rd minute, Lucian Robu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee felt a red card was in order, 25 minutes into the game, when Valer Zubaşcu put in a rough tackle. Valer Glodeanu placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Gelu Enoiu kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. After having played for 29 minutes, Constantin Petriceanu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Callatis Mangalia FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Constantin Petriceanu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ferdinand Calomfirescu kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Callatis Mangalia FC's Marcel Stănciulaş played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bogdan Nedelcea in the 34th minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, Bogdan Nedelcea notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Callatis Mangalia FC's Marcel Stănciulaş. Marcel Stănciulaş was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Sebastian Arnăuțoiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Constantin Petriceanu in the 53rd minute of the match. Bogdan Nedelcea received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Marcel Stănciulaş came out and tried to block the shot, but Bogdan Nedelcea slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 56th minute. In the 63rd minute, Albert Unchiaşu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sangeroasa's goalkeeper Sebastian Arnăuțoiu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 66 minutes into the match, Sangeroasa's goal looked a bit too open when Ernest Pintilescu came free, but Sebastian Arnăuțoiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Petru Ştefănescu charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Petru Ştefănescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Callatis Mangalia FC booed when Sangeroasa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Petru Ştefănescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Marcel Stănciulaş managed to avoid a goal in the 78thth minute, when Sangeroasa's Petru Piț fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Bogdan Nedelcea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Marcel Stănciulaş tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Petru Piț recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Petru Piț fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcel Stănciulaş having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Bogdan Nedelcea managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sangeroasa's supporters rose to their feet, but Bogdan Nedelcea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcel Stănciulaş breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 88 minutes into the match, Callatis Mangalia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gelu Enoiu came free, but Marcel Stănciulaş reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gelu Enoiu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcel Stănciulaş having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Sangeroasa left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Callatis Mangalia FC.
