Spectators: 7444 (Terracing: 5584, Seating: 1712, VIP seats: 148) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Mircea Bogdănescu kicked off to start the match. Pompiliu Dominte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denis Micescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Ciceul's Cristian Horațiu managed to work through Felcheriul CF's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Cristian Horațiu dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Denis Micescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Pompiliu Dominte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denis Micescu in the 21st minute of play forced Felcheriul CF's goalkeeper Pompiliu Dominte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute, Denis Micescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pompiliu Dominte made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Petre Păltineanu sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Felcheriul CF's zone, Denis Micescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pompiliu Dominte came out of the goal and Denis Micescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice moves Cristian Horațiu could shoot a difficult shot in the 31st minute, which Pompiliu Dominte however easily saved by the left post. Pompiliu Dominte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denis Micescu in the 33rd minute of play. If Mircea Bogdănescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manuel Sabău in the 41st minute of play forced Felcheriul CF's goalkeeper Pompiliu Dominte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Denis Micescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Denis Micescu to strike the kick off in the second half. Denis Micescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Pompiliu Dominte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 57th match minute, Felcheriul CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ionuț Vâlcu to maneuver through the defense. Denis Micescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Pompiliu Dominte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 63 minutes, Cristian Horațiu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ciceul's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Horațiu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pompiliu Dominte didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristian Horațiu went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mircea Bogdănescu during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Mircea Bogdănescu hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Pompiliu Dominte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Horațiu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 74th minute, Manuel Sabău left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ciceul fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Pompiliu Dominte came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Ciceul's Petre Păltineanu. But to his dismay, Petre Păltineanu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Pompiliu Dominte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denis Micescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felcheriul CF's Pompiliu Dominte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denis Micescu in the 89th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Horațiu in the 93rd minute of play forced Felcheriul CF's goalkeeper Pompiliu Dominte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Denis Micescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Horațiu in the 96th minute of play forced Felcheriul CF's goalkeeper Pompiliu Dominte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the Ciceul players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
