Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gigi Morozan kicked off to start the match. 5 minutes into the match, Surdesti's goal looked a bit too open when Gigi Morozan came free, but Gigel Seremet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 8th minute Emilian Cimpoieru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marin Țepeluș saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Denis Săraru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. George Mihăescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Gigel Seremet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 14th match minute, Surdesti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filip Smarandache to maneuver through the defense. Marin Țepeluș showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Silişteanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. George Mihăescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gigel Seremet having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Surdesti's zone, Gigi Morozan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gigel Seremet came out of the goal and Gigi Morozan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gabriel Silişteanu in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marin Țepeluș prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Emilian Cimpoieru made a kick off. Pavel Drăghici took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 54th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gigel Seremet. Surdesti's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 55th minute, Laurențiu Alexandroae hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 56th minute, George Mihăescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gigi Morozan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 60th minute, Gigel Mihele got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Gigi Morozan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gigel Seremet was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. When Vezuri AFC's Gigi Morozan in the 97th minute got a chance for a shot 97th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Surdesti's goalie prevented a goal. The Surdesti supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Surdesti would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
