After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Emanuele De Simone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicolae Manciu in the 52nd minute of play. After having played for 61 minutes, Manuel Ghinescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CS Atletic Tonea's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manuel Ghinescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Liviu Neacșu hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcos Zumelzu got free with Aron Hizo in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 72 minutes into the match, Nichifor Agârbiceanu notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of CS Atletic Tonea's Emanuele De Simone. Emanuele De Simone was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nichifor Agârbiceanu in the 77th minute of play forced CS Atletic Tonea's goalkeeper Emanuele De Simone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ciprian Tarcu took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Emanuele De Simone. Emanuele De Simone dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Marcos Zumelzu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When %teams%'s Manuel Ghinescu was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 3-2 just inside the left pole, 83 minutes into the game. Aron Hizo was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. Marcos Zumelzu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Aron Hizo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emanuele De Simone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nichifor Agârbiceanu in the 92nd minute of play. After 93 played minutes CS Atletic Tonea got a freekick which was hit by Olimpiu Balint. Manuel Ghinescu placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Aron Hizo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victorio Sarracino, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute.
