Damian Buceceanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flavius Tiberiu in the 6th minute of play. If Gelu Abraham had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 10 minutes into the match, Holbav's goal looked a bit too open when Flavius Tiberiu came free, but Damian Buceceanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Flavius Tiberiu came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the P.S.C. JAX PASCANI fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Flavius Tiberiu couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Holbav's zone, Gelu Abraham stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Damian Buceceanu came out of the goal and Gelu Abraham tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 17 minutes into the game, Cristi Loga was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Holbav's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave P.S.C. JAX PASCANI the free kick. In the 17th minute, Cristi Loga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The corner ended in Basarab Manafu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Holbav's Damian Buceceanu did a great save. 24 minutes into the match, Avram Macamete had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Toader Duca. P.S.C. JAX PASCANI's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Avram Macamete was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 33rd minute, Horia Tudose hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot 36 in the game by Avram Macamete from a close distance when the talented Toader Duca managed to make a qualified save. P.S.C. JAX PASCANI's players were relieved. In the 40th minute, Panait Gârbovan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 43 minutes P.S.C. JAX PASCANI's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Marcu Aalexoaiei who took care of the corner kick. Corneliu Dragomiroiu made a great header on Holbav's corner, it was just that P.S.C. JAX PASCANI's Toader Duca managed to reach the ball for a save. Damian Buceceanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flavius Tiberiu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Cristi Loga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Holbav's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristi Loga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Toader Duca breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Flavius Tiberiu made a kick off. When Holbav's Denis Negruț in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye P.S.C. JAX PASCANI's goalie prevented a goal. Denis Negruț received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Toader Duca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Daniel Drâmbă hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. After having played for 63 minutes, Avram Macamete managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Holbav's supporters crossed their fingers, but Avram Macamete was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Denis Negruț fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toader Duca having to interfere. 68 minutes into the match, Holbav's goal looked a bit too open when Flavius Tiberiu came free, but Damian Buceceanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 71st minute, P.S.C. JAX PASCANI's Flavius Tiberiu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Flavius Tiberiu in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Damian Buceceanu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Avram Macamete sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Avram Macamete fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toader Duca having to interfere. 88 minutes had been played when some careless play by Holbav's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Basarab Manafu was slow to take the kick. During this time P.S.C. JAX PASCANI's players had a chance to rest. P.S.C. JAX PASCANI's Basarab Manafu was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Damian Buceceanu in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Flavius Tiberiu struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Damian Buceceanu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for P.S.C. JAX PASCANI. In the 94th minute, Gelu Abraham got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
