Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Eric Ştefănuţ took the kick off in the first half of the match. Gabriel Nicolaescu placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Ion Iftimescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Daniel Gănescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Daniel Gănescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eric Ştefănuţ in the 15th minute of the match. When Șerban Poalelungi fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SPARTANII's protests and gave Șerban Poalelungi a yellow card for diving instead. Șerban Poalelungi hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eugen Vochin got free with Codruț Pascaru in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 25 played minutes SPARTANII got a freekick which was hit by Mihnea Ştef. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucian Verzeanu in the 26th minute of play forced SPARTANII's goalkeeper Codruț Pascaru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucian Verzeanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29th match minute, SPARTANII was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leontin Şuteu to maneuver through the defense. Codruț Pascaru came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Argisu AS's Lucian Verzeanu. But to his dismay, Lucian Verzeanu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lucian Verzeanu to make the kick off. After 52 minutes of play, Argisu AS's Lucian Verzeanu made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Codruț Pascaru was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lucian Verzeanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Codruț Pascaru having to interfere. When Ion Iftimescu came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the SPARTANII fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ion Iftimescu couldn't finish the play. Eric Ştefănuţ sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. Lucian Verzeanu took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Codruț Pascaru. Codruț Pascaru dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Argisu AS's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
