Eduard Babarada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moise Aluncai in the 16th minute of the match. After 44 minutes, Șerban Aronescu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC ICE and the Vorovestii players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eliodor Macovescu made a kick off. Vorovestii's supporters rose to their feet, but Moise Aluncai was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eduard Babarada breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cornel Gâlcă fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eduard Babarada having to interfere. After 63 played minutes Cornel Gâlcă rounded FC ICE's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-2. FC ICE's Eduard Babarada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cornel Gâlcă in the 71st minute of play. After a rather tough play, FC ICE's Traian Plop got a free kick in the 81st minute. Eduard Babarada made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Moise Aluncai sent off a good shot on target. Cornel Gâlcă recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Cornel Gâlcă had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Moise Aluncai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 93rd minute, Cornel Gâlcă reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Eduard Babarada. The goal made the score 0-4. Vorovestii's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
