Mădălin Nedelcu charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mădălin Nedelcu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to FC ICE getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Mădălin Nedelcu hit a great ball. After having played for 5 minutes, Avram Macamete managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Holbav's supporters crossed their fingers, but Avram Macamete was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Octav Baicu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Damian Buceceanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC ICE's Eduard Babarada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Avram Macamete in the 14th minute of play. Damian Buceceanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliodor Macovescu in the 17th minute of play. The supporters of Holbav booed when FC ICE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luca Sântimbrean didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 20 played minutes, Holbav's Marcu Aalexoaiei shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eduard Babarada came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Holbav reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Avram Macamete in the 23rd minute of play forced FC ICE's goalkeeper Eduard Babarada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Corneliu Dragomiroiu charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Corneliu Dragomiroiu kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Eliodor Macovescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luca Sântimbrean placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! In the 35th minute, Cristi Loga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Avram Macamete received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Eduard Babarada tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 43rd minute, David Scripcaru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 44 minutes into the match, Holbav's goalkeeper Damian Buceceanu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Octav Baicu. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Denis Negruț was the one to do the kick off. After 52 played minutes, FC ICE's Luca Sântimbrean shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Damian Buceceanu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC ICE reached it. After 64 played minutes Holbav got a freekick which was hit by Corneliu Dragomiroiu. Luca Sântimbrean, 65 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Eliodor Macovescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Holbav getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. David Scripcaru hit a great ball. After 72 minutes Holbav's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luca Sântimbrean who took care of the corner kick. 72 minutes into the game, Avram Macamete was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Holbav's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC ICE the free kick. Luca Sântimbrean recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eduard Babarada made an important save on a dangerous shot by Avram Macamete in the 82nd minute. Eduard Babarada made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Avram Macamete sent off a good shot on target. FC ICE's Eduard Babarada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denis Negruț in the 87th minute of play. 88 minutes into the game, Traian Plop was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC ICE's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Holbav the free kick. In the 90th minute, Marcu Aalexoaiei sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and FC ICE's Eduard Babarada didn't even have to move. In the 93rd minute Octav Baicu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damian Buceceanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eliodor Macovescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damian Buceceanu having to interfere. FC ICE's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
