After having played for 41 minutes, Martin Pușcașu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sz.V.K Vasas.F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Martin Pușcașu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Gabriel Panaiteanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Adrian Strugure fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Piratas's protests and gave Adrian Strugure a yellow card for diving instead. In the 46th match minute, Piratas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Strugure to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Sz.V.K Vasas.F.C's Mihail Cămătaru proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Sz.V.K Vasas.F.C from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Sz.V.K Vasas.F.C getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Cristi Cicortaș hit a great ball. If Gabriel Panaiteanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 58thth minute of the game Gabriel Panaiteanu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Piratas's Victor Deleanu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Gabriel Panaiteanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Sz.V.K Vasas.F.C getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Horaţiu Ignea hit a great ball. Iustin Bădiliță was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 70th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 72 minutes into the match, Sz.V.K Vasas.F.C's goalkeeper Mihail Cămătaru had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gheorghe Corcoveanu. Martin Pușcașu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victor Deleanu having to interfere. Horaţiu Ignea kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Sz.V.K Vasas.F.C's Cristi Cicortaș managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Lucian Demian in the 84 minute of the game. Rareș Proca's late challenge caught a Sz.V.K Vasas.F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rareș Proca helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Sz.V.K Vasas.F.C booed when Piratas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rareș Proca didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gabriel Panaiteanu kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. In the 97th minute, Rareș Proca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sz.V.K Vasas.F.C walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
