Julian Ruzicki succeeded in the game's 35th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-4. Cristian Eufrasio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victor Deleanu having to interfere. After 48 played minutes Piratas got a freekick which was hit by Petru Elenescu. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rareș Proca stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Carabaci CSS's Sebastian Stroescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rareș Proca in the 59th minute of play. Carabaci CSS's Julian Ruzicki got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 65thth minute of the game Julian Ruzicki who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Piratas's Victor Deleanu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Julian Ruzicki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 69 minutes into the match, Carabaci CSS's Moise Calini sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Victor Deleanu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Carabaci CSS's Sebastian Stroescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gheorghe Corcoveanu in the 73rd minute of play. Gheorghe Corcoveanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Sebastian Stroescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sebastian Stroescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rareș Proca in the 77th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Piratas's zone, Julian Ruzicki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victor Deleanu came out of the goal and Julian Ruzicki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Filip Purcaru, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 80 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Victor Deleanu was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Victor Deleanu was a little too slow when Julian Ruzicki got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 83rd minute. The score was now 0-5. Moise Calini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Victor Deleanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Ruzicki in the 87th minute of play. Cristian Eufrasio made a great header on Carabaci CSS's corner, it was just that Piratas's Victor Deleanu managed to reach the ball for a save. Julian Ruzicki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lucian Birișu during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Carabaci CSS getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Lucian Birișu hit a great ball. Gheorghe Corcoveanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastian Stroescu having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Carabaci CSS walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
