The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 11 minutes into the game, oitele fc's Toader Iosif nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cristi Ghimpu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Bizighesti FC's zone, Adam Oltean stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristi Ghimpu came out of the goal and Adam Oltean tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 19th minute, oitele fc's Adam Oltean ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Cristi Ghimpu. Cristi Ghimpu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. 24 minutes into the match, oitele fc's goal looked a bit too open when Robert Ştati came free, but Cristinel Chițan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th minute, oitele fc's Adam Oltean ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Cristi Ghimpu. Cristi Ghimpu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adam Oltean in the 34th minute of play forced Bizighesti FC's goalkeeper Cristi Ghimpu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nicolae Nae received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Cristi Ghimpu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Adam Oltean managed to get in a good position for a shot. oitele fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Adam Oltean was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristi Ghimpu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cristinel Chițan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vali Dijmărescu in the 39th minute of the match. In the 42nd minute, Toader Iosif hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cristinel Chițan came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Bizighesti FC's Vali Dijmărescu. But to his dismay, Vali Dijmărescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Robert Ştati stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cristi Ghimpu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adam Oltean, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. If Liviu Tapalagă had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 55 minutes into the match, Bizighesti FC's goal looked a bit too open when Adam Oltean came free, but Cristi Ghimpu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vali Dijmărescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Cristinel Chițan made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Bizighesti FC's Mihăiţă Scaeru got a free kick in the 61st minute. Liviu Tapalagă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Liviu Tapalagă fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristi Ghimpu having to interfere. Cristinel Chițan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Ştati in the 69th minute of the match. Vali Dijmărescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Cristinel Chițan made a huge save. Cristi Ghimpu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Liviu Tapalagă, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Liviu Tapalagă in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cristi Ghimpu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cristinel Chițan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dan Cara in the 94th minute. Cristi Ghimpu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adam Oltean in the 95th minute of play. oitele fc's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
