Spectators: 7534 (Terracing: 5652, Seating: 1732, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Panait Răuţă started the match with the kick off. Costin Mantoiu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Horea Pescaru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 7th minute Costin Mantoiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horea Pescaru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Panait Răuţă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Vasile Jurăscu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 17 minutes, Vasile Jurăscu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rapiduletu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vasile Jurăscu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 21st minute, Remus Milea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Rapiduletu's Adrian Vasilescu tried to score from far away in the 22nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Horea Pescaru didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Panait Răuţă went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Costin Blaj managed to get in a good position for a shot. Warriors's supporters rose to their feet, but Costin Blaj was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Horea Pescaru breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 31st minute, Panait Răuţă got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Panait Răuţă got in the 33rd a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Horea Pescaru handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Horea Pescaru came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Warriors's Panait Răuţă. But to his dismay, Panait Răuţă quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The supporters of Warriors booed when Rapiduletu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valentin Curteanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Costin Mantoiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Warriors were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Panait Răuţă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 54 minutes into the match, Panait Răuţă dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Horea Pescaru, 0-3. Horea Pescaru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Panait Răuţă, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Rapiduletu's Horea Pescaru got control of the ball when Costin Mantoiu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Panait Răuţă received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Horea Pescaru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Warriors's Flavius Albuț got a free kick in the 65th minute. A collision led to Rapiduletu getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. George Furdui hit a great ball. Rapiduletu's George Furdui got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Costin Mantoiu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Panait Răuţă had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 92 minutes into the match, Warriors's Panait Răuţă sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Horea Pescaru narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Panait Răuţă in the 97th minute of play forced Rapiduletu's goalkeeper Horea Pescaru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Rapiduletu fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Warriors were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
