Spectators: 6728 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gigi David took the kick off in the first half of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luca Jder got free with Șerban Jienescu in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eduard Neculce was extremely unlucky when he, in the 7th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Dolul's Șerban Jienescu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Dolul from getting a goal against them. 13 minutes into the match, Dolul's goal looked a bit too open when Eduard Neculce came free, but Șerban Jienescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gigi David blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Iordache Curuțiu having to make a save. Oiejdea CSM's Luca Jder got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luca Jder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Șerban Jienescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Șerban Jienescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduard Neculce in the 32nd minute of play. After 34 played minutes Dolul got a freekick which was hit by Iordache Chiriloaie. After 39 played minutes Dolul got a freekick which was hit by Petru Gârneață. In the 44th match minute, Dolul was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gigi David to maneuver through the defense. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eduard Neculce stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Iordache Curuțiu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iordache Chiriloaie in the 51st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Iordache Chiriloaie managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dolul's supporters rose to their feet, but Iordache Chiriloaie was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iordache Curuțiu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Șerban Jienescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luca Jder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 62 minutes, Gigi David made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Oiejdea CSM's Iordache Curuțiu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 68 minutes into the game, Eduard Neculce cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Șerban Jienescu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Oiejdea CSM booed when Dolul was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Frențiu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 73rd match minute, Dolul was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonard Titulescu to maneuver through the defense. Eduard Neculce received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Șerban Jienescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luca Jder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Șerban Jienescu having to interfere. Despite being the better team, Dolul failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
