The FC Aquatic Bucuresti fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 30th minute there was a penalty for † Nădejdea Alba - Iulia. Claudiu Stratulat stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Bogdan Dobrescu. 1-2. Aristide Balaban kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Iosif Chificeac stood somewhat misplaced when Eric Culiță came free in front of goal and shot 2-2 to the left of him in the 36 minute. 42 minutes into the match, FC Aquatic Bucuresti's goal looked a bit too open when Costel Hârșu came free, but Bogdan Dobrescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
