Rapid 1923 getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Stelian Şuplăcan hit a great ball. Ferdinand Pistol took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tiberiu Lozovan. Tiberiu Lozovan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Narcis Opriș sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 11 minutes into the match, Schwarz's goal looked a bit too open when Ferdinand Pistol came free, but Tiberiu Lozovan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Ferdinand Pistol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gigel Caramarin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adrian Maghear in the 24th minute. Schwarz's Tiberiu Lozovan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Narcis Opriș in the 35th minute of play. After having played for 41 minutes, Ferdinand Pistol managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fc. Rapid 1923's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ferdinand Pistol was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Narcis Opriș fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiberiu Lozovan having to interfere. After the first half Fc. Rapid 1923 were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Ferdinand Pistol made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd play minute Narcis Opriș came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Tiberiu Lozovan. 0-2. Ferdinand Pistol struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Tiberiu Lozovan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fc. Rapid 1923. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Ferdinand Pistol took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Tiberiu Lozovan to make any attempt to save it. 62 minutes into the match, Narcis Opriș notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Schwarz's Tiberiu Lozovan. Tiberiu Lozovan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Narcis Opriș received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Tiberiu Lozovan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Schwarz booed when Fc. Rapid 1923 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stelian Şuplăcan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Schwarz's Tiberiu Lozovan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Schwarz from getting a goal against them. In the 80th match minute, Fc. Rapid 1923 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Horia Trăilă to maneuver through the defense. Ferdinand Pistol struck a weak shot in the 87th minute.
