Spectators: 7465 (Terracing: 5600, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 149) Damian Cârstea made the kick off and thus started the match. Ernest Lemnaru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 10 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC Universitatea Craiova! 17 minutes into the match, FC Universitatea Craiova's goal looked a bit too open when Ferdinand Simionaş came free, but Sebastian Nicolae reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iordache Opriș fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iulian Gheondea having to interfere. Ernest Lemnaru scored 2-0 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sebastian Nicolae, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Iordache Opriș came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the FC Universitatea Craiova fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iordache Opriș couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Ferdinand Simionaş managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nadas's supporters rose to their feet, but Ferdinand Simionaş was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sebastian Nicolae breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 42nd minute, Cezar Filipoiu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Nadas's Petru Abraham tried to score from far away in the 43rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ferdinand Simionaş to make the kick off. The goalkeeper, Iulian Gheondea, was totally fooled by FC Universitatea Craiova's Liviu Chițac, who 57 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 63rd minute of the match Virgil Giosu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sebastian Nicolae skillfully saved the ball. Ernest Lemnaru recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Nadas's Petru Abraham got a free kick in the 66th minute. 68 minutes into the match, FC Universitatea Craiova's Liviu Chițac broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Iulian Gheondea acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 71st minute, took the ball on the long shot from Liviu Chițac. Sebastian Nicolae made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferdinand Simionaş in the 74th minute of play. After some careless play in the FC Universitatea Craiova defense, Ferdinand Simionaş kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sebastian Nicolae. The FC Universitatea Craiova fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sebastian Nicolae should have stopped the shot. Nadas's Ferdinand Simionaş got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sebastian Nicolae took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernest Lemnaru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 89 played minutes Nadas got a freekick which was hit by Petru Abraham. Liviu Chițac was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 90th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Iordache Opriș took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Iulian Gheondea. Iulian Gheondea dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. After 101 minutes FC Universitatea Craiova's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Petru Abraham who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Horaţiu Nichita almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Universitatea Craiova's Sebastian Nicolae did a great save. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Nadas had won after a very even match.
