BadMotherLuckers-OS's Gavril Tomozei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrian Floruțiu in the 14th minute of play. Gigi Marina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gavril Tomozei having to interfere. Grigore Lăzărescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

BadMotherLuckers-OS's Gavril Tomozei proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save BadMotherLuckers-OS from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in BadMotherLuckers-OS's zone, Adrian Floruțiu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gavril Tomozei came out of the goal and Adrian Floruțiu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Petre Raţiu struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Dumitru Bitang didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BadMotherLuckers-OS. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ciprian Şneapotă during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gavril Tomozei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adrian Floruțiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. After 64 played minutes Diosti got a freekick which was hit by Panait Becheanu. Petre Raţiu took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dumitru Bitang. Dumitru Bitang dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 79th minute, Gigi Marina ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gavril Tomozei was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. 83 minutes into the match, BadMotherLuckers-OS's goalkeeper Gavril Tomozei had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gigi Marina. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Floruțiu in the 86th minute of play forced BadMotherLuckers-OS's goalkeeper Gavril Tomozei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gigi Marina might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gavril Tomozei. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gigi Marina ran back to his position shaking his head. When Gigi Marina came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Diosti fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gigi Marina couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Diosti booed when BadMotherLuckers-OS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nichifor Ciolpan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gavril Tomozei was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Adrian Floruțiu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 92 minute of play. The Diosti supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Diosti would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
