In the 4th match minute, CS Carp eDiem was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ovidiu Cozmâncă to maneuver through the defense. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind CS Carp eDiem's goalkeeper Rareș Ciolpan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ovidiu Cozmâncă hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Cazimir Târcă didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 15th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. 29 minutes into the game, Ovidiu Cozmâncă was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CS Carp eDiem's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave F.R.Digital the free kick. Ovidiu Cozmâncă kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Virgil Podgoreanu couldn't finish the play. Ovidiu Cozmâncă struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Cazimir Târcă didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CS Carp eDiem. Cristinel Voican received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Cazimir Târcă tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mădălin Mailat to make the kick off. Calistrat Ferenț fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rareș Ciolpan having to interfere. The supporters of CS Carp eDiem booed when F.R.Digital was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Traian Moisescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Valeriu Chirițescu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 60th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Cazimir Târcă. F.R.Digital's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A collision led to F.R.Digital getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Calistrat Ferenț hit a great ball. Cazimir Târcă took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Virgil Podgoreanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Calistrat Ferenț received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Rareș Ciolpan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rareș Ciolpan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mădălin Mailat in the 71st minute of the match. CS Carp eDiem's Rareș Ciolpan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save CS Carp eDiem from getting a goal against them. 75 minutes into the game, Nicodim Socoriceanu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. F.R.Digital's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CS Carp eDiem the free kick. If Cristinel Voican had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Virgil Podgoreanu in the 94th minute of play forced F.R.Digital's goalkeeper Cazimir Târcă to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96th minute Cristinel Voican shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cazimir Târcă saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
