The supporters of Dobrotu CSS booed when CS Carp eDiem was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dorel Finteșteanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcu Ionescu in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rareș Ciolpan saved CS Carp eDiem from getting behind. Rareș Ciolpan was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Ciprian Macarie. Marcu Ionescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Rareș Ciolpan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marcu Ionescu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
