Spectators: 7545 (Terracing: 5660, Seating: 1735, VIP seats: 150) Nae Ioanițiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcu Ionescu in the 3rd minute of the match. Nae Ioanițiu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emilian Butuc in the 4th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcu Ionescu in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nae Ioanițiu saved Panatau CSM from getting behind. The Dobrotu CSS fans' excitement grew in the 9th match minute when Dobrotu CSS's Marcu Ionescu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Dobrotu CSS's Marcu Ionescu in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Panatau CSM's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcu Ionescu in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nae Ioanițiu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Dobrotu CSS's Iosif Cordescu got a free kick in the 18th minute. Marcu Ionescu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nae Ioanițiu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. When the match clock showed 25 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Marcu Ionescu sped through Panatau CSM's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nae Ioanițiu. The Dobrotu CSS fans' excitement grew in the 40th match minute when Dobrotu CSS's Marcu Ionescu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Claudiu Mumuleanu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Claudiu Mumuleanu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Petrică Jurca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Marcu Ionescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nae Ioanițiu was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aristide Remus during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 63rd match minute, Dobrotu CSS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aristide Remus to maneuver through the defense. Dobrotu CSS were furious when Martin Zberea was red carded, 69 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Dobrotu CSS fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 68th minute. Penalty! Iordache Grigoroiu had in the 71stth minute some difficulties stopping Codruț Finteșteanu's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Codruț Finteșteanu scored 1-3 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Iordache Grigoroiu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 74th minute, Emilian Butuc made a precise shot to the right of Nae Ioanițiu. Panatau CSM's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Emilian Butuc managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dobrotu CSS's supporters rose to their feet, but Emilian Butuc was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nae Ioanițiu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 85 minutes into the match, Panatau CSM's Laurențiu Răica sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Iordache Grigoroiu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Iosif Cordescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 95 played minutes Panatau CSM got a freekick which was hit by Petrică Jurca. When the final whistle sounded Dobrotu CSS left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Panatau CSM.
