Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Marcu Ionescu got the match started through his kick off. Iordache Grigoroiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rareș Andrițoiu in the 3rd minute of the match. After 4 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for F.C. Anina Banat! With a little luck, F.C. Anina Banat's Victor Gavruță got control of the ball when Emilian Butuc tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marcu Ionescu was extremely unlucky when he, in the 10th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After a defensive mix-up in F.C. Anina Banat's zone, David Dragota stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victor Gavruță came out of the goal and David Dragota tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 14th minute, Gigi Burdujan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Victor Gavruță took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcu Ionescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Marcu Ionescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Victor Gavruță was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Victor Gavruță stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcu Ionescu's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Rareș Andrițoiu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iordache Grigoroiu having to interfere. Anina Banat's Victor Gavruță proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save F.C. Victor Gavruță was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcu Ionescu in the 36th minute of play forced F.C. Anina Banat's goal looked a bit too open when Niculae Pavelescu came free, but Victor Gavruță reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Dobrotu CSS's Marcu Ionescu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Victor Gavruță. That made the score 3-0 after 45 minutes of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Emanuel Lozovan made a kick off. In the 51st match minute, Dobrotu CSS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martin Zberea to maneuver through the defense. Through an outstanding action, after 52 minutes, Iordache Grigoroiu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. F.C. Anina Banat's Victor Gavruță played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcu Ionescu in the 55th minute of play. Victor Gavruță made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emilian Butuc in the 59th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emilian Butuc in the 65th minute of play forced F.C. Anina Banat's goalkeeper Victor Gavruță to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute Emanuel Lozovan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iordache Grigoroiu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcu Ionescu in the 71st minute of play forced F.C. Anina Banat's goalkeeper Victor Gavruță to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
