After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Eduard Almăgean managed to get in a good position for a shot. Untesti's supporters rose to their feet, but Eduard Almăgean was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Călin Roşca breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Remus Şelaru recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The wind increased when Paul Ailincai made the kick off in the second half. When Eduard Almăgean came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Untesti fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eduard Almăgean couldn't finish the play. Ciprian Stejaru didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Paul Ailincai went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Paul Ailincai who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 83rdth minute tested the skills of Ciprian Stejaru when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Horia Ichimescu kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. In the 88th minute, Remus Şelaru left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Untesti fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Remus Şelaru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. There was no doubt that Untesti were the better team. Untesti's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
