Spectators: 7462 (Terracing: 5597, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 149) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Costel Ciocan kicked off to start the match. Mihăiţă Bărbulescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eusebiu Fărcășan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Nechifor Horodincă made a huge save. In the 8th match minute, Petrolul Berca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marius Craia to maneuver through the defense. When LOYAL TM's Sorin Cosoreanu in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Petrolul Berca's goalie prevented a goal. Sandu Ghițescu charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sandu Ghițescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 11th minute of the game. One of Petrolul Berca:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of LOYAL TM:s goal. After 17 played minutes Petrolul Berca got a freekick which was hit by Sandu Ghițescu. Costel Ciocan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Mincă having to interfere. Eusebiu Fărcășan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sorin Cosoreanu might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nechifor Horodincă. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sorin Cosoreanu ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, LOYAL TM's Cătălin Amânaloae got a free kick in the 37th minute. After 41 minutes LOYAL TM's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sandu Ghițescu who took care of the corner kick. In the 44th minute, Marius Craia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Petrolul Berca fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Sorin Cosoreanu managed to get in a good position for a shot. LOYAL TM's supporters rose to their feet, but Sorin Cosoreanu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nechifor Horodincă breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Mihăiţă Bărbulescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Petrolul Berca's supporters rose to their feet, but Mihăiţă Bărbulescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. David Mincă breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. David Mincă showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Costel Ciocan, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 55th match minute, LOYAL TM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manole Cretan to maneuver through the defense. Sorin Cosoreanu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nechifor Horodincă read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. Nechifor Horodincă showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sorin Cosoreanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Eusebiu Fărcășan managed to get in a good position for a shot. LOYAL TM's supporters rose to their feet, but Eusebiu Fărcășan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. In the 73rd minute Sorin Cosoreanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nechifor Horodincă saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 87th minute, Mihăiţă Bărbulescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cătălin Amânaloae hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Mihăiţă Bărbulescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. David Mincă tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 93 minutes into the match, LOYAL TM's goal looked a bit too open when Costel Ciocan came free, but David Mincă reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Many of Petrolul Berca's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Petrolul Berca may have spent more time on the ball, but LOYAL TM were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
