Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Costică Musceleanu kicked off to start the match. Codruț Gâlcă struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Ernest Pârvuță didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zoicarul. The supporters of Deportivo La Coruna booed when Zoicarul was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Octavian Șora didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ernest Pârvuță came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Zoicarul's Gelu Juverdeanu. But to his dismay, Gelu Juverdeanu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Costică Musceleanu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 14 minutes into the match, Zoicarul's goal looked a bit too open when Costică Musceleanu came free, but Șerban Armanca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Deportivo La Coruna's Maxim Toacsen got a free kick in the 15th minute. Ernest Pârvuță made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Gelu Juverdeanu sent off a good shot on target. In the 18th match minute, Deportivo La Coruna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martin Oardă to maneuver through the defense. Maxim Toacsen kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. In the 20th minute, Maxim Toacsen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Codruț Gâlcă had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Deportivo La Coruna's Ernest Pârvuță played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gelu Juverdeanu in the 31st minute of play. In the 34th minute, Gigel Filipașcu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ernest Pârvuță didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gelu Juverdeanu went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Codruț Gâlcă received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Ernest Pârvuță tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gelu Juverdeanu in the 43rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ernest Pârvuță, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Gelu Juverdeanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 48 minutes into the match, Deportivo La Coruna's goal looked a bit too open when Codruț Gâlcă came free, but Ernest Pârvuță reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Codruț Gâlcă made the kick off in the second half. Codruț Gâlcă struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Gelu Juverdeanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernest Pârvuță having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Codruț Gâlcă in the 69th minute of play forced Deportivo La Coruna's goalkeeper Ernest Pârvuță to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gelu Juverdeanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Ernest Pârvuță tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 72nd minute, Gelu Juverdeanu made a precise shot to the right of Ernest Pârvuță. Deportivo La Coruna's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Ernest Pârvuță showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gelu Juverdeanu in the 75th minute of the match. Ernest Pârvuță showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gelu Juverdeanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Gelu Juverdeanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernest Pârvuță having to interfere. Ernest Pârvuță stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Octavian Șora's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. Ernest Pârvuță showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Codruț Gâlcă in the 89th minute of the match. Gheorghe Floruțiu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 93rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ernest Pârvuță. Deportivo La Coruna's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. With a little luck, Zoicarul's Șerban Armanca got control of the ball when Manuel Turbatu tried to sneak it across the goal line.
