Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) 5 minutes into the match, Haidaru's goalkeeper Marius Mitică had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Petre Scorţea. After some careless play in the Haidaru defense, Teodor Corbea kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marius Mitică. The Haidaru fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marius Mitică should have stopped the shot. 8 minutes into the match, Haidaru's goalkeeper Marius Mitică had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Petre Scorţea. In the 12th minute Vintilă Negreanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Pomuț saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13th minute, Francisc Niță hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Francisc Niță during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 17 played minutes Arcalia got a freekick which was hit by Francisc Niță. Arcalia's Cristian Pomuț played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luca Şimonca in the 21st minute of play. Vintilă Negreanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristian Pomuț having to interfere. Marcel Mateianu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Cristian Pomuț tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 34th minute Robert Chiriță shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Pomuț saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41st minute, Luca Şimonca got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Petre Scorţea was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Petre Scorţea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arcalia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Petre Scorţea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marius Mitică stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Teodor Corbea's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. In the 67th minute, Panait Urdeş hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marius Mitică showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dan Daimacă, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. When Arcalia's Teodor Corbea in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Haidaru's goalie prevented a goal. Teodor Corbea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marius Mitică having to interfere. Marius Mitică took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dan Daimacă, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 85 minutes into the match, Petre Scorţea had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marius Mitică. Haidaru's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Petre Scorţea was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Horea Otețea hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. In the 91st minute of the match Gelu Mihaiu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cristian Pomuț skillfully saved the ball. Arcalia's Teodor Corbea got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. For all the effort they put into the match, the Haidaru players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Arcalia.
