Nicodim Abrudan scored 0-2 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cornel Balint, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 21 minutes into the match, Breazova's goal looked a bit too open when Nicodim Abrudan came free, but Cornel Balint reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Narcis Chilian struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Sven Ambjörnsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Breazova. Nicodim Abrudan took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cornel Balint. Cornel Balint dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Sven Ambjörnsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernest Axinte, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Breazova's Narcis Chilian got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Horaţiu Bodnar's late challenge caught a Breazova's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Horaţiu Bodnar helped the player get up and apologised. Cornel Balint showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicodim Abrudan, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. After having played for 38 minutes, Isac Strugure managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cocosul's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isac Strugure was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nicodim Abrudan in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cornel Balint prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

In the 58th minute, Manole Marghescu sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Breazova's Cornel Balint didn't even have to move. Cornel Balint made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Horaţiu Bodnar sent off a good shot on target. Ernest Axinte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven Ambjörnsson having to interfere. 73 minutes into the match, Nicodim Abrudan notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Breazova's Cornel Balint. Cornel Balint was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
