To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 10 minutes into the match, Satuc's goal looked a bit too open when Nae Iorda came free, but Iacob Tiberiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iacob Tiberiu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gavril Guguianu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pavel Frumușanu didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-0 via right post in the game's 13th minute. Calugarita's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! Isac Voinescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Satuc's Iacob Tiberiu got control of the ball when Gavril Guguianu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eduard Plopan kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Isac Voinescu succeeded in the game's 23rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. Mugurel Murgoci made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentin Tărâţă in the 26th minute of play. In the 29th minute, Satuc's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Pavel Frumușanu fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isac Voinescu in the 32nd minute of play forced Satuc's goalkeeper Iacob Tiberiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nae Iorda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Iacob Tiberiu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Isac Voinescu might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Iacob Tiberiu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Isac Voinescu ran back to his position shaking his head. When Lucian Cismarescu came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Calugarita fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucian Cismarescu couldn't finish the play. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Satuc's goalkeeper Iacob Tiberiu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pavel Frumușanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lucian Cismarescu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Iacob Tiberiu having to make a save. When Lucian Cismarescu came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Calugarita fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucian Cismarescu couldn't finish the play. If Pavel Frumușanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Isac Voinescu made a kick off. Calugarita's Gavril Guguianu got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Iacob Tiberiu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pavel Frumușanu's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Gavril Guguianu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Iacob Tiberiu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Iacob Tiberiu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucian Cismarescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gavril Guguianu charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gavril Guguianu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Calugarita's Gavril Guguianu got a free kick in the 67th minute. Isac Voinescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Iacob Tiberiu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 72nd minute, Pavel Frumușanu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Calugarita fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. 80 minutes into the game, Calugarita's Gavril Guguianu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Iacob Tiberiu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. If Damian Alucusan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute.
