The FC AFC TULCEA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Cazimir Cocoș sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 20th minute Dinu Lucan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dorin Măguran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Pocruia AS's goal looked a bit too open when Petre Dudea came free, but Dorin Măguran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in FC AFC TULCEA's zone, Tudor Enceanu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ernest Bara came out of the goal and Tudor Enceanu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dinu Lucan kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Ernest Bara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vintilă Ghimpu in the 30th minute of the match. Ernest Bara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tudor Enceanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 35th minute Tudor Enceanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernest Bara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pocruia AS's Dorin Măguran proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Pocruia AS from getting a goal against them. Petruț Copil was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 52 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in FC AFC TULCEA fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 51st minute. Penalty! Costică Filipoiu shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Ovidiu Nae's late challenge caught a Pocruia AS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ovidiu Nae helped the player get up and apologised. Dinu Lucan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Isac Buceceanu charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Isac Buceceanu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Pocruia AS's Costică Filipoiu got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Costică Filipoiu in the 75th minute of play forced FC AFC TULCEA's goalkeeper Ernest Bara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ernest Bara made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Vintilă Ghimpu sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to FC AFC TULCEA getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Dinu Lucan hit a great ball. In the 84th minute, Pocruia AS's Sebastian Ardeleanu seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Sebastian Ardeleanu the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Pocruia AS protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Sebastian Ardeleanu had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 85th minute, Sebastian Ardeleanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 86 played minutes, FC AFC TULCEA's Iacob Stoian shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dorin Măguran came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC AFC TULCEA reached it. Dorin Măguran didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dinu Lucan went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Isac Buceceanu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dorin Măguran read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. Isac Buceceanu struck a weak shot in the 98th minute. Dorin Măguran didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC AFC TULCEA. Pocruia AS's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
