After 8 minutes of play, Pocruia AS's Tudor Enceanu made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cornel Balint was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vintilă Ghimpu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cornel Balint read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tudor Enceanu in the 13th minute of play forced Breazova's goalkeeper Cornel Balint to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cornel Balint showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Costică Filipoiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Dorin Măguran came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Breazova's Ernest Axinte. But to his dismay, Ernest Axinte quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tudor Enceanu in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cornel Balint saved Breazova from getting behind. Dorin Măguran stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ernest Axinte's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. After a rather tough play, Pocruia AS's Valer Andronic got a free kick in the 28th minute. Dorin Măguran didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ionel Simionescu went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. 34 minutes into the match, Breazova's goal looked a bit too open when Tudor Enceanu came free, but Cornel Balint reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tudor Enceanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pocruia AS's Costică Filipoiu got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tudor Enceanu was the one to do the kick off. Breazova's Cornel Balint played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tudor Enceanu in the 57th minute of play. Tudor Enceanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 68th play minutes Tudor Enceanu shot 4-2, a short shot which went by Cornel Balint and just under the crossbar into goal. Cornel Balint showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vintilă Ghimpu, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Dorin Măguran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ionel Simionescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Ernest Axinte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Dorin Măguran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 90 minutes into the match, Vintilă Ghimpu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cornel Balint. Breazova's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vintilă Ghimpu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-2. 94 minutes into the match, Pocruia AS's goal looked a bit too open when Ernest Axinte came free, but Dorin Măguran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ernest Axinte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pocruia AS's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
