Mihnea Cârstea came out and tried to block the shot, but Emilian Călin slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 13th minute. 16 minutes into the game, Mircea Răchiteanu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. dinamo bujorreni valcea's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave A.S.A. 2010 Targu-Mures the free kick. In the 16th minute, Mircea Răchiteanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cristian Vasilian recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 74th minute, Cristian Vasilian ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dragoş Manolache was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. If Alex Ghețea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emilian Călin couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in A.S.A. 2010 Targu-Mures's zone, Cristian Vasilian stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dragoş Manolache came out of the goal and Cristian Vasilian tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the dinamo bujorreni valcea players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for A.S.A. 2010 Targu-Mures.
