Eusebiu Cara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moise Dascălu in the 15th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the game, F.C. Brasov's Iulian Manole nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eusebiu Cara made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 68th minute Ivan Panciu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eusebiu Cara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eusebiu Cara made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Ivan Panciu sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Moise Dascălu got free with Eusebiu Cara in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 71st minute, F.C. Brasov's Ivan Panciu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Eusebiu Cara. Eusebiu Cara yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. Moise Dascălu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Eusebiu Cara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A well placed Moise Dascălu short distance shot in the 80th minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. Moise Dascălu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Eusebiu Cara made a huge save. Sorin Encica recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Moise Dascălu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eusebiu Cara was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. F.C. Brasov walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
