Spectators: 7523 (Terracing: 5643, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Doru Mascovescu started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the game, Doru Mascovescu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rapido FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave I had enough the free kick. I had enough's Eusebiu Cara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sandu Itu in the 5th minute of play. Eusebiu Cara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sandu Itu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 7 minutes, Sandu Itu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rapido FC and the I had enough players grew even worse after the yellow card. Sandu Itu hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. When Doru Mascovescu was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 10 minutes had been played. In the 11th match minute, Rapido FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Doru Mascovescu to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sorin Encica in the 22nd minute of play forced Rapido FC's goalkeeper Cosmin Jucan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sorin Encica received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Cosmin Jucan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eusebiu Cara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciprian Sitaru in the 32nd minute of play. Eusebiu Cara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciprian Sitaru in the 36th minute of the match. Ciprian Sitaru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sorin Encica recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sorin Encica stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Eusebiu Cara made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Ciprian Sitaru sent off a good shot on target. Eusebiu Cara made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ciprian Sitaru in the 55th minute. A collision led to I had enough getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Adam Ibrișin hit a great ball. After 58 minutes, Edgar Iovanovici mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the I had enough and the Rapido FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Edgar Iovanovici lost his temper 64 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Petruț Măguran in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eusebiu Cara saved I had enough from getting behind. Ciprian Sitarus short, quick shot in the 72ndth minute got Eusebiu Cara to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 79th minute, Andrei Donecea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ciprian Sitaru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Eusebiu Cara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ciprian Sitaru's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Eusebiu Cara firmly grabbed it by the left post. 89 minutes into the match, Ciprian Sitaru dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Eusebiu Cara, 0-1. If Ciprian Sitaru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The I had enough supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Rapido FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Rapido FC.
