Spectators: 6723 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when David Nisipeanu got the match started through his kick off. Ofsenita CSS's Viorel Ghiciușca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Nisipeanu in the 3rd minute of play. David Nisipeanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Viorel Ghiciușca having to interfere. Viorel Ghiciușca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucrețiu Pătrășcanu in the 9th minute of play. Viorel Ghiciușca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucrețiu Pătrășcanu in the 11th minute of the match. When Gabriel Petran fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ofsenita CSS's protests and gave Gabriel Petran a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Zorileasca booed when Ofsenita CSS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Petran didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ofsenita CSS's Viorel Ghiciușca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Nisipeanu in the 16th minute of play. Lucrețiu Pătrășcanu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Viorel Ghiciușca read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. After 20 minutes of play, Zorileasca's David Nisipeanu made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Viorel Ghiciușca was left in no man's land by his defense there! Viorel Ghiciușca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Nisipeanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lucrețiu Pătrășcanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Viorel Ghiciușca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 26th minute, Eliodor Aelenei hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. David Nisipeanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Viorel Ghiciușca having to interfere. Viorel Ghiciușca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Nisipeanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Ofsenita CSS's Gabriel Petran got his second yellow card of the match in the 38th minute. The referee ordered Gabriel Petran off the ground. After having played for 42 minutes, Lucrețiu Pătrășcanu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zorileasca's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lucrețiu Pătrășcanu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If David Nisipeanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alexandru Vlădean didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Andrei Cara went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Andrei Cara to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nechifor Şerb during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 53 played minutes Ofsenita CSS got a freekick which was hit by Nechifor Şerb. Lucrețiu Pătrășcanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Viorel Ghiciușca having to interfere. If Andrei Cara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 67 played minutes Ofsenita CSS got a freekick which was hit by Eliodor Aelenei. Lucrețiu Pătrășcanu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Viorel Ghiciușca read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. If Lucrețiu Pătrășcanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 74th minute, David Nisipeanu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Viorel Ghiciușca. The goal made the score 1-2. 83 minutes into the match, Ofsenita CSS's goal looked a bit too open when David Nisipeanu came free, but Viorel Ghiciușca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Ofsenita CSS's Nechifor Şerb got a free kick in the 84th minute. Zorileasca were awarded a corner in the 87th minute after Ofsenita CSS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ernest Mihuț took the corner. The corner ended in Ernest Mihuț almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ofsenita CSS's Viorel Ghiciușca did a great save. Doru Aanicăi's late challenge caught a Zorileasca's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Doru Aanicăi helped the player get up and apologised. Doru Aanicăi kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Lucrețiu Pătrășcanu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lucrețiu Pătrășcanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Viorel Ghiciușca having to interfere. The Ofsenita CSS fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Zorileasca were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
