Cazimir Mincu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cazimir Mincu made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Tiberiu Chilian sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Frasinetul AS booed when Puini CSM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marius Borogeanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cazimir Mincu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gelu Madgearu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 8th minute, Puini CSM's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Robert Caragea fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When Robert Caragea came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Frasinetul AS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Robert Caragea couldn't finish the play. Lucian Josan charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lucian Josan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 12th minute, Lucian Josan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 14 minutes into the match, Puini CSM's goalkeeper Cazimir Mincu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Robert Caragea. In the 18th minute Gelu Madgearu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cazimir Mincu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Gelu Madgearu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Puini CSM's zone, Gelu Madgearu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cazimir Mincu came out of the goal and Gelu Madgearu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gelu Madgearu in the 61st minute of play forced Puini CSM's goalkeeper Cazimir Mincu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rd minute Frasinetul AS were awarded a corner. Emanuel Pătru went to the cornerflag to take it. Emanuel Pătru made a great header on Frasinetul AS's corner, it was just that Puini CSM's Cazimir Mincu managed to reach the ball for a save. 65 minutes into the match, Puini CSM's goal looked a bit too open when Gelu Madgearu came free, but Cazimir Mincu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Robert Caragea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 95 minutes into the match, Frasinetul AS's Robert Caragea sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cazimir Mincu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. There was no doubt that Frasinetul AS were the better team. Frasinetul AS's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
